Unwind in the warmth of our private infrared sauna, a quiet space designed for deep relaxation, warmth and recovery. Then settle into one of our lounge chairs and enjoy a peaceful oxygen session
Red Light Therapy + Meditation Room
Slow down in our dedicated red light room, thoughtfully arranged for individual or couples meditation. Settle onto a yoga mat with supportive body pillows and allow yourself time to simply be still.

Before your visit
Reset Lounge experiences are available by appointment only to maintain a quiet, intimate environment for our guests.
Some wellness modalities may not be appropriate during pregnancy or for guests with certain medical conditions or implanted medical devices. Guests will complete an intake prior to participating, and medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Our team will help guide you toward the experiences best suited to you.
